Share responsibly
HomieFishing helps you keep a private fishing notebook and share selected entries with people you trust. Only upload content you are entitled to share. Do not post illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit material, spam, or another person’s private information without permission. Do not use the service to harass people or bypass their sharing choices.
We may restrict or remove reported content and disable accounts that misuse the service. Report a user or spot and block unwanted contact inside the app; contact support for other concerns.
Fishing spots, conditions and directions are user-provided and may be incomplete or out of date. Check access rights, local fishing rules, weather and conditions before traveling. A direction or straight-line distance is not a safe walking or boating route. You remain responsible for your decisions and any content you share.
You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to operate this service according to your sharing settings and privacy policy. Stopping sharing cannot recall copies that a recipient already saved outside the app. Service availability is not guaranteed. You may stop using the service and delete your account in the app.

我们可能限制或移除被举报的违规内容，并停用滥用服务的账号。你可在 App 内举报用户或钓点、屏蔽不希望联系的人；其他问题请联系支持。
钓点、条件和方向由用户提供，可能不完整或已过时。出行前请确认进入权限、当地垂钓规定、天气和现场条件。方位或直线距离不是安全步行或航行路线。你对自己的行动和分享内容负责。
你保留内容所有权，并允许我们按分享设置和隐私政策，在运行服务所必需的范围内存储、处理和展示内容。停止分享无法收回接收者已在 App 外保存的副本。服务可能中断。你可以随时停止使用并在 App 内删除账号。
